Please read the following Terms of Use carefully before using the Platform or opening a WAU account (“Account”) so that you are aware of your legal rights and obligations with respect to FOLIE A TROIS SOLUTION (Company Registration No. 002843487-W), its affiliates and/or subsidiaries (individually and collectively, “WAU”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing the Platform, using the Services and/or registering for an Account with us, you give your acceptance of and consent to these Terms of Use. Your acceptance shall constitute a legally binding agreement between WAU and you as the user. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please discontinue accessing and using the Platform immediately.
1. Introduction
- The “Services” we provide or make available include (a) the Platform, (b) the features provided or introduced from time to time on the Platform including “WAU Deals”, “WAU Rewards” and (c) all information, features, data, text, images, and other materials made available on or through the Platform (“Content”).
- Please do not use or access the Platform if you are under the age of eighteen (18). If you are below 18, you must get permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- We reserve the right to change, modify, suspend or discontinue all or any part of the Platform and/or Services at any time.
- We may amend these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be published on the Platform, and your continued access constitutes acceptance.
2. Preview Release
- The current version of the app is a preview release intended for demonstration and evaluation purposes.
- No real user accounts are created or maintained.
- No real financial transactions, payments, or purchases are processed.
- All deals, merchants, transactions, cashback, and other data displayed in the app are sample/placeholder data.
- Features shown in the preview may change before the full release.
3. Use of the Platform
- You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
- You shall not use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform.
- You shall not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content, design, graphics, logos, and software on the Platform are the intellectual property of WAU or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from WAU.
- Sample images displayed in the app are sourced from Unsplash and are subject to the Unsplash License.
5. Limitation of Liability
- The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind.
- WAU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
- As this is a preview release, WAU makes no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any sample data displayed.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
